From cozy cafes to charming farms, bustling breweries to scenic wineries, Cassie brings the joy of fresh, handmade pasta to life through her fun, high-energy workshops. Named to honor her late and loved Grandma "Bee", who was a master of the manicotti, cutlets, and her notorious mint jelly sandwiches. These classes are taught with heart and rooted in tradition, every class is inspired by the techniques she learned from working and studying as a pasta maker since 2018. Whether you're rolling out cavatelli or shaping tortellini, Cassie’s passion is contagious—you’ll laugh, learn, and leave full (in every way). Cassie makes everything from scratch—yes, even her weeknight dinners—and pours that same passion into each pasta workshop she hosts. With her colorful style, bubbly energy, and warm, caring nature, she instantly makes guests feel like old friends. Whether she’s teaching you how to hand-roll tagliatelle or serving up homemade snacks mid-class, Cassie ensures every moment is filled with fun, flavor, and heart.
